We’re always looking for talented freelancers to collaborate on projects in a variety of languages. We primarily look for copywriters, translators and social media managers who work in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Italian and Dutch, but we also have periodic openings for many other languages.
A freelance position with us may entail:
- Writing and editing a range of marketing and communication materials in the target language.
- Adapting or translating from another language, taking special care to find culturally appropriate equivalents that stay true to the original meaning of the text.
- Taking the time to truly understand our client briefings, and respecting the style and tone of voice of each project.
- Managing your work schedule to consistently meet deadlines.
- Working within our project management and translation management platforms to accept and complete assignments.
- For some projects, working within content management, blogging or social media platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience writing for brands and/or publications in the target language
- Excellent published work samples
- Ability to communicate with our team in English
- Knowledge of additional languages; the ability to translate from one or more languages into your native language is a big plus
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools
