What we did:
We write articles for several of IE University’s blogs, including Driving Innovation, on a monthly basis.
In this particular article, we highlight one of the many experiences outside of the classroom that IE University offers to its students in an effort to provide hands-on learning and create a well-rounded education. The IE Transformational Leadership Journey program takes place in Nepal, where participants learn valuable skills including dedication, teamwork and leadership.
One of the leaders of the 2022 Transformational Journey, Sarosh Pradhan, shares his insights on self-improvement and discovery, and how physical, mental and professional challenges can help students grow as leaders and individuals.
