What we did:
This is an example of the many articles we write for IE Business School, which is dedicated to creating tomorrow’s leaders, today.
This article is about a collaboration between master’s students at IE Business School and Splash Projects to remodel a public school playground in Madrid during the summer. The purpose was to demonstrate to students the tangible effects of getting out of their comfort zones and help them see the long-lasting impacts that small contributions can make. By doing something hands-on for their community, they come closer to finding their purpose–inside and outside of the classroom.
