What we did:

We provide content creation, localization and social media management services to French fruit spread company St. Dalfour.

This includes creating custom content calendars, hiring and managing local community managers (CMs), and running the brand’s local social media accounts for Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East.

In the examples shown above, you can see how our team of CMs created content that is exclusively relevant to each target market:

  • For New Zealand, we created a post celebrating one of the most important Kiwi holidays, Waitangi Day, also making use of the term whanau, something very unique to the country.
  • For Australia, our team created content for the Melbourne Cup to stay up to date with the events taking place in the country.
  • For the Middle East, our Dubai-based CM created content celebrating UAE’s national day.

As you can see, while each of these target markets uses the English language, we still have to tailor the brand’s content calendar substantially in order to be culturally relevant and connect with each audience. This often involves creating entirely different posts—with different images, captions and hashtags—for each market.
