The Challenge

Salto has rapidly grown and expanded into new industries, evolving its solutions ecosystem to revolutionize building access, operations and identity management while maintaining a lean operational structure. With a global marketing team, they looked externally when they needed to scale their high-quality content to maintain their position as a global leader in smart-building solutions.

Their biggest challenges were streamlining all B2B marketing across their channels and accessing professional copywriting resources to help establish, preserve and enhance their brand. Considering the highly technical nature of their industry, it was important for them to produce content in a way that ensured clarity, consistency and brand alignment.

They also needed help to design and execute a content plan for PR publications, blog articles and business cases to ensure maximum impact positioning of Salto and its ecosystem of brands as industry experts.

Our Solution

At VeraContent, we take a hands-on project management approach with Salto. They trust our team to handle their content needs while they focus on their core business. We create, edit and optimize content in English for Salto and Vintia’s blog, website, podcast, international communications, press releases and more. We also adapt content into Spanish as needed.

Salto provides us with high-level technical notes, sharing their insider expertise. From there, our writers do extensive background research, transforming those technical details into engaging, easy-to-understand content. Since Salto’s services are quite technical, we ensure the same writers, familiar with their brand, work on their projects to maintain consistency.

We also have two dedicated editors who carefully review each piece to ensure the tone and brand voice align perfectly with Salto’s standards. As Aurélie Berson puts it, “With Salto, it’s really about understanding the client,” and that’s something we prioritize.

One example of our collaboration was at the beginning of 2024, when the SALTO Group rebranded to SALTO WECOSYSTEM, bringing together their core brands—Salto, Gantner and Vintia. We supported this rebranding effort by working on press releases and reviewing the new corporate brochures for Salto and Vintia.

This robust, flexible and cost-effective system extends security to non-door openings and entry points that would otherwise be difficult or expensive to secure.

The group is proud to introduce its new identity, SALTO WECOSYSTEM, marking a major evolution that reflects a holistic approach and commitment to innovation. This new brand integrates leading companies, brands and cutting-edge technologies. Under the SALTO WECOSYSTEM umbrella, three independent core brands—Gantner, Salto and Vintia—have been established, each leveraging its strengths to contribute to the organization’s success while preserving its unique identity and focus.

At VeraContent, most of the content we produce is for the Salto brand. We’ve also created content for Vintia, both before their rebranding—when we structured their new website copy—and during the rebranding process with press releases and brochures.
