With a passion for creativity and brand building, UK-native Hayley Collingswood’s career journey has ventured both sides of the spectrum, having worked on both the agency and client side of marketing. After completing a Bachelor’s in Graphic & Communication Design at the University of Leeds, Hayley started her career working as an account manager at agencies like Turn Key and ilk agency. Today, she’s the Group Head of Marketing at the travel management company, Ventur.

Thanks to her multifaceted experience, Hayley has a deeper understanding of the needs of creative teams—being able to appreciate the work that goes behind them while understanding what it takes to build strong, successful brands. Having “been in the thick of it” before, she’s not afraid to take risks and challenge the status quo. Hayley recently applied her creative courage to Ventur’s rebranding and repositioning project and to their new podcast, Ventur Further.

Tune in to today’s interview as Hayley speaks with Kyler Canastra about creative courage and taking risks, the rebranding project at Ventur, and the importance of stepping away from work and allowing your passion to drive your career.

“Being in the position where the marketing team can define their own goals, strategy and objectives is the best way to create something much stronger.”
